Lenses can be customized based on refractive error, astigmatism, and other optical needs.
Note: Best support for myopia within 600 degrees. Higher myopia or hyperopia may affect eye-tracking performance.
Users are advised to provide recent vision prescription (ideally within 3-6 months).

Additional Notes:
For optimal eye-tracking performance, lenses are recommended for 0-600 degrees of myopia (hyperopia is not supported).
Outside this range, lenses can still be manufactured, but eye-tracking performance cannot be guaranteed.
Hyperopia lenses outside this range may risk interfering with the optical engine, and customization is not recommended.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
