Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges for items with verified hardware quality issues, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Hardware Quality-Related Returns

If your item has a hardware quality issue, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify:

  • The item must have a verifiable hardware quality defect, confirmed by the manufacturer's inspection
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs upfront. If the manufacturer's inspection confirms a hardware quality issue, the seller will reimburse the return shipping costs and cover the cost of shipping a replacement or repaired item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to hardware quality issues, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Non-hardware-related issues
  • Any items not covered under the warranty terms

Return Process for Hardware Quality Issues

To initiate a return or exchange for a hardware quality issue, please contact our customer service team at support@pfdm.ai within 7 days of delivery.

Upon approval of your request, we will provide:

  • Detailed return instructions
  • Shipping location information

Note: Unauthorized returns (items sent without prior approval) will not be accepted. The buyer must cover initial return shipping costs, which will be reimbursed if the hardware quality issue is confirmed by the manufacturer.

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on MR Headsets and controllers for hardware quality issues not caused by user damage. Other accessories are covered by a three-month warranty. To make a warranty claim, please contact support@pfdm.ai. The warranty covers:

  • Hardware defects in materials or workmanship (non-user-induced damage)

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to inspection. For approved claims, repairs are free, but the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, which will be reimbursed if the issue is confirmed as a hardware quality defect.

Refund Process for Hardware Quality Issues

For approved returns due to hardware quality issues, our refund process includes:

  • Inspection of returned items by the manufacturer
  • Notification of refund approval status
  • Processing of approved refunds within 15 business days
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Reimbursement of return shipping costs if the hardware quality issue is confirmed
